Skin Injections in Myeongdong, Seoul
From skin boosters such as Rejuran, Juvelook and SkinVive to vitamin, Cinderella and glutathione drips, a guide to the injections Kleam uses for hydration, brightness and skin quality.
What are skin injections? Skin injections deliver active ingredients either directly into the skin (skin boosters such as Rejuran, Juvelook and SkinVive) or into the bloodstream (IV drips such as vitamin, Cinderella, garlic and glutathione). They are used to hydrate and brighten dull skin, stimulate collagen, improve elasticity and support recovery from fatigue. At Kleam Clinic Myeongdong, IV skin drips start from ₩69,000 and Rejuran Healer from ₩99,000.

How it works
How skin injections work
Skin boosters are injected in tiny amounts into the skin itself. Depending on the product they add long-lasting hydration (SkinVive, a hyaluronic acid booster), support repair and elasticity (Rejuran, a PN-based booster) or stimulate new collagen for texture, pores and acne scars (Juvelook). Results build over weeks and are usually planned as a short course.
IV skin drips work from the inside: vitamin drips support energy and skin tone, Cinderella (alpha-lipoic acid) and glutathione are antioxidants chosen for brightening, garlic drips support fatigue recovery, and placenta injections are used in anti-aging care. Drips take under 30 minutes with no downtime. Your doctor will recommend the right mix for your skin, schedule and budget.

FAQ
Skin injections in Seoul: frequently asked questions
Clear answers to what international guests ask most before booking.
What is the difference between a skin booster and an IV drip?
A skin booster is injected into the skin to improve hydration, elasticity or collagen locally. An IV drip delivers nutrients into the bloodstream to support energy, recovery and overall skin tone.
Which skin injection is best for dehydrated skin?
Hyaluronic acid boosters such as SkinVive are designed for hydration; Rejuran is also popular for dry, tired skin. Your doctor will recommend one.
Is there downtime?
IV drips have none. Skin boosters can leave small bumps, redness or tiny bruises for 1–3 days.
How soon will I see results?
Drips are about how you feel on the day. Hydration boosters show a glow within days; collagen boosters such as Juvelook build over several weeks.
Can I combine skin injections in one visit?
Yes. Many guests pair a skin booster with an IV drip, or combine 2–3 drips in a Choose Your IV package (₩119,000 for two, ₩149,000 for three).
Can I book on the same day?
Same-day appointments are often possible. Message us on WhatsApp to check availability.
