How Body Onda works
Onda uses Coolwaves™, microwave energy delivered through a handpiece that is moved over the treatment area while the skin surface is cooled. The energy is directed at the fat layer, where it heats and breaks down fat cells, and at the same time stimulates collagen in the deeper skin to improve firmness.
Treatment energy is measured in kilojoules (kJ): a larger area or more stubborn fat generally needs more energy. Common areas include the abdomen, flanks, arms and thighs. Results appear gradually over several weeks as the body clears the treated fat cells and collagen remodelling improves skin tone. Body Onda can also be combined with Kleam Slim Fit injections or Body InMode in a contouring programme.
