Filler Dissolving Injections in Myeongdong, Seoul
Hyaluronidase injections that break down unwanted hyaluronic acid filler, to correct migrated, uneven or lumpy results or to reset an area before new treatment.
What is a filler dissolving injection? A filler dissolving injection uses hyaluronidase, an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid (HA) based fillers. It is carefully injected to remove excess filler or filler that has not given the result you wanted, restoring the area towards its original state or preparing it for new treatment. At Kleam Clinic Myeongdong, filler dissolving starts from ₩150,000 per area.

How Filler Dissolving Injections works
Hyaluronic acid fillers are made of a gel that the body can break down. Hyaluronidase speeds this up dramatically: when it is placed into the filler, it breaks the HA gel apart so the body can absorb it. This makes it possible to correct filler that has migrated, looks uneven, has formed lumps or simply is not the look you wanted.
Your doctor first examines the area to confirm the filler is likely to be hyaluronic acid and decides how much enzyme to use. Results are usually visible within 1–2 days. Some areas need a follow-up session, and once things have settled you can choose whether to leave the area natural or start fresh with new filler.

Filler Dissolving Injections in Seoul: frequently asked questions
Clear answers to what international guests ask most before booking.
How quickly does filler dissolving work?
Hyaluronidase starts working quickly, and results are usually visible within 1–2 days once any swelling settles.
Can every filler be dissolved?
No. Hyaluronidase only breaks down hyaluronic acid fillers. Fillers such as calcium hydroxylapatite (Radiesse) or poly-L-lactic acid (Sculptra) are not dissolved this way.
Will I need more than one session?
Sometimes. Larger amounts of filler or certain areas may need a follow-up session; your doctor will review the result with you.
Is there downtime?
Mild swelling or redness can occur and usually settles within a short time. Bruising is possible, as with any injection.
When can I get new filler after dissolving?
Your doctor will advise based on the area. Many people wait until swelling has fully settled so the new plan is based on your natural shape.
Does it hurt?
The injection takes only a few minutes and usually feels like a pinch or brief sting. Numbing can be used if you prefer.
