A registered medical clinic, not a beauty salon
In Korea, injectables, lasers and energy-based lifting may only be performed in a licensed medical institution under a physician. Kleam Myeongdong is a registered clinic (의원) with a named representative physician, and it holds the separate government registration required to attract and treat foreign patients.
Your visit starts with our consultation manager, who helps you choose your treatments. A doctor consultation is available on request for a separate fee. Consent forms and aftercare instructions are provided in English, Chinese or Japanese, and coordinators interpret during consultation so you understand the risks, the expected results and the total price.

Dr. Kim founded Kleam Myeongdong and oversees clinical standards, product selection and doctor training. Before Kleam she led several Seoul aesthetic clinics, and she focuses on natural-looking lifting and regenerative skin booster programs.

Clinical standards
How our doctors decide what to recommend
Anatomy before product. Injection plans are mapped to facial anatomy and existing volume, not to a fixed number of syringes.
Settings per area. Ultherapy, Thermage and laser energy and shot counts are adjusted zone by zone to reduce redness and discomfort.
Conservative first sessions. For first-time guests, especially travellers who cannot easily return, doctors favour a natural first result that can be built on later.
Honest refusals. If your concern needs a dermatologist, surgeon or a treatment we do not offer, we will tell you and suggest where to go.
