How dermal fillers work at Kleam Clinic
How it works

How dermal fillers work

Hyaluronic acid is a substance naturally found in the skin that binds water and gives tissue its fullness. HA fillers are a stabilised gel of this substance. Injected in small, precise amounts, the gel lifts creases from below, replaces volume lost with age and supports structure in areas such as the chin, jawline and nose bridge.

Different products have different firmness. At Kleam we use Korean HA fillers as well as Juvederm, Restylane and Belotero: firmer gels for deeper contouring such as the chin and jawline, and softer gels for delicate areas such as the under-eyes and lips. Your doctor chooses the product and amount for each area so the result looks natural rather than overfilled.
