How Sylfirm X works
Fine insulated needles enter the skin to a set depth and release RF energy there. In pulsed-wave mode, Sylfirm X targets the abnormal blood vessels and damaged basement membrane associated with melasma, recurrent pigmentation and diffuse redness. In continuous-wave mode, it heats the dermis to stimulate collagen remodelling, which helps acne scars, enlarged pores, fine lines and mild laxity.
Compared with traditional microneedling, which relies on mechanical stimulation only, RF energy adds tightening and pigment-related benefits.
